Edit a PDF, page by page
Fill it in, mark it up, stamp it, number it, clean it up — and see every change on the page before anything is saved.
Built for documents that go out the door
Fill a form, then lock it
The editor reads the form and gives you its fields, checking every value before it writes one. Flatten it when the answers are final and they stop being editable.
Highlight, note and sign
Select text to highlight it, or drag a box on a scan that has no text to select. Leave sticky notes, place a signature image, and flatten the markup when it is final.
See it before you save it
Every change is shown on the page as you make it. Drag a watermark where you want it, resize it, and nothing is written until you say so.
One save, however much you changed
Rotate pages, add a stamp, number the bundle and strip the metadata — up to 200 changes are applied together and cost one operation.
Bates numbering that stays put
Sequential numbers with your prefix, in the corner the reader sees — the right way up even on pages scanned sideways.
Strip what should not leave
Remove JavaScript, embedded files and hidden metadata, and see a list of exactly what came out. It is removed from the file, not just unlinked.
Page by page, or all at once
Work through up to 200 pages with a thumbnail rail — or apply a change to every page in one go and move on.
Same feature in the API
Describe the changes as a recipe and POST them. Check what it would do first — that call is free.
How it works
Open one PDF
Up to 200 pages and 150 MB. Scanned bundles are fine.
Work through the pages
Rotate, delete, add text or a watermark, number the bundle, clean the metadata — on the page you are on, or across the whole document. Changes stack up as a list you can reorder or undo.
Check, then save
A preflight tells you what will happen and what will not — including anything that cannot be applied — before a single byte is written.
